What we are
Free Tax School is an independent online education provider operated by Taxaroo, 30 N Gould St, Suite N, Sheridan WY 82801. We are not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the IRS or any government agency. Our courses are career and exam-preparation training, not IRS-approved continuing education and not an accredited program.
What you get
Access to the course you enrolled in. Finish a paid course and pass every quiz and you earn a private certificate of completion. A certificate of completion is not a government license, credential, or certification, and we never describe it as one. The final certificate format depends on the course platform selected before launch.
What we don't promise
We do not guarantee a job, clients, or any amount of income. What we stand behind is the quality of the training itself. Paid courses explain the IRS PTIN registration process, but you register directly with the IRS.
Payment and refunds
Paid courses are a one-time charge for lifetime access. Every paid course includes a 7-day refund. Email support@freetaxschool.com within 7 calendar days of purchase to request it. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The free course and book downloads require no payment.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to enroll. We do not currently enroll residents of California. If you tell us you're in California, or we learn that you are, we can't provide the course and will refund any payment.
Acceptable use
Your account and course access are for you alone. Don't share logins, resell access, or copy and redistribute our course materials. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We provide the courses as-is and do our honest best to keep them accurate and current. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here removes rights you have that can't be waived.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, when appropriate, email enrolled students. Continuing to use the school means you accept the current terms.
